Quality

Accountability by design.

Certifications

Our quality system is built for aerospace and defense manufacturing.

From purchase order review through final shipment, every job is controlled, documented, and traceable to the applicable customer, drawing, and regulatory requirements.

  • ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Global standard for Quality Management System.

  • AS9100 Rev D Certified

Standard for aerospace Quality Management System.

  • ITAR Registered

Approved by the US Department of State for defense-related manufacturing.

  • CMMC Level 1 Certified

Foundational cybersecurity safeguards implemented for Federal Contract Information.

  • CMMC Level 2: In Process

Advancing systems and processes for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information.

Cybersecurity, access control, employee accountability, documentation, and information protection are being integrated into the same disciplined and auditable system we use to manage quality and production.

QMS processes

Our Quality Management System governs every stage of the manufacturing cycle:

Quoting Planning Machining Inspection Delivery

That same discipline feeds continuous improvement: process changes get evaluated and adapted.

Inspection and metrology

Dimensional verification and full lot traceability, start to finish.

CMM inspection

Touch-probe measurement handles standard dimensional and geometric tolerancing.

Scanning capability captures dense point-cloud data on contoured or organic surfaces where a handful of touch points wouldn't tell the full story.

Documentation and traceability

Every job carries material certifications, in-process inspection records, and final inspection data tied back to the specific lot of raw material it was cut from.

If a question ever comes up about a part months or years after delivery, we can trace it to the material heat lot, the operator, and the inspection record.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

We perform First Article Inspection per AS9102 for every new part. The FAI report documents dimensions, processes, and materials with photographs and verified measurements.

It is completed only after the part is fully machined and inspected, ensuring that the setup, tooling, and process are proven before production release.
